Whole team ↓Toronto Blue Jays: baseball yoga at Rogers Centre
The Blue Jays invited Little Yogis Academy® onto the Junior Jays stage at Rogers Centre to get young fans moving, breathing and cheering before the game. They asked us back the next season.
The ask
Get young fans moving, breathing and focused on a busy game-day stage, with plenty going on around them.
What we did
- Wrote a Baseball Yoga Adventure: batter = tree pose, pitcher = warrior II, slide into base and shout “SAFE!”
- Stadium-wave breathing with a breathing ball on every mat
- Invited Junior Jays up on stage to lead a pose
What kids took home
- A breathing trick for big-game nerves
- An affirmation to keep: “I am strong. I am brave. I am a Junior Jay!”
The Grey Cup Festival: kids yoga in the Family Zone
Little Yogis Academy® was selected as a Family Zone programmer for the 2026 Grey Cup Festival in Calgary. We’re bringing two live, family-friendly yoga sessions to one of Canada’s biggest sports weekends.

The ask
Give families a calm, joyful break in the middle of a loud, packed festival, right in the middle of the celebrations.
What we’re bringing
- A playful, high-energy yoga adventure set to kid-friendly music
- Movement and breathing games for kids and grown-ups
- Mats and props, ready to go
Why it matters
- Kids yoga, invited onto a national stage
- Calm tools families can use long after the final whistle
Graydon Hall Nursery Schools: one partner, seven campuses
A multi-site childcare group needed weekly yoga and mindfulness that felt the same at every campus, without the director managing seven different instructors.

The challenge
Seven campuses, different rooms and age groups, and families who expect the same quality wherever their child is enrolled.
What we did
- One planned, themed Little Yogis curriculum at every campus
- Classes adapted to each age group and room
- One point of contact and one simple monthly invoice
Why it works
- Consistent lessons, whichever campus a child attends
- Educators get a predictable weekly block
- Children know the rhythm and settle fast
“Michelle’s Little Yogis team has been nothing short of fantastic and professional, and the core values that Michelle brings to Little Yogis is a perfect match for Graydon Hall Nursery Schools.”
Jessica ShwartzmanOperations Manager, Graydon Hall Nursery SchoolsBranksome Hall: teaching six-year-olds what calms them
Branksome Hall asked us to work with their Grade 1 students. We didn’t bring a regular kids yoga class. We brought The Calm Toolbox, a self-regulation workshop built to fit one class period.

The challenge
Six-year-olds are asked to sit still, focus and handle big feelings all day, and very few are shown how. “Calm down” is an instruction. Calm is a skill.
What we did
- Six tools in one box: move, balance, breathe, notice, connect, rest
- Every child tested each tool and asked, “What helps me?”
- A yoga flow about being still on purpose
What stayed behind
- A take-home card for every child
- A one-page guide so teachers keep the tools going all year
Kendalwood Montessori: a team that’s still talking about it
The school wanted a PD session that looked after its educators, not one more training to sit through.

The challenge
Educators spend the day regulating everyone else. They rarely get time to practise it for themselves.
What we did
- Gentle movement and breathing for adults
- Self-regulation tools for their own busy days
- The same tools they can model for students
What stayed behind
- Simple practices for hectic school days
- A team that felt more connected
“Our session truly brought our team together in a special way… Staff are still talking about the session today.”
