For parents

Yoga for your child, where they already are.

Most families find us because their child came home talking about yoga at daycare or school. We bring our classes to children, so there’s no extra drop-off and no public class list. Here are two easy ways to bring Little Yogis into your child’s week.

1

Ask your centre or school

This is how most of our programs begin. Tell us where your child spends their day and we’ll reach out to the director with everything they need. There’s no cost to you, and we won’t mention your name unless you want us to.

Tell us about your centre Rather raise it yourself? Email info@littleyogisacademy.com and we’ll send a one-page overview to forward.
2

Book a private group class

We come to your home, backyard, condo party room or local park, for parent & tot classes, playgroups, homeschool groups and spring and summer outdoor series.

What a class looks like

Move first, then settle.

Movement, stories, breathing and stillness, usually in that order, because children settle far more easily after they’ve moved. Nobody is corrected into a shape, and children are welcome to watch before they join.

Underneath the poses, they’re practising self-regulation: noticing when their body feels wound up, and knowing what to do about it.
