How it Works

Dear Parent,

Thank you for your interest in Little Yogis Academy! 

We currently do not have any drop-in classes to register for as we mostly work with schools and childcares, however we have high demand from families to facilitate programming.

Here is how it works: 

1. You gather a group of 4 children or more (we facilitate up to 15 children for private groups)

2. We send you an instructor each week who teaches yoga & mindfulness, either in your home, backyard or at a local park of your choosing

3. We take care of the rest!  Our classes are fun, engaging and beneficial for all children. If this sounds great to you, please fill out this form and we can help book your group in!

Please Note: We welcome children of all abilities and exceptionalities.
Please email us prior to your private class if your child needs special attention.

What Your Child will Learn:

  • Demonstrate basic skills associated with yoga activities including strength and flexibility, balance and coordination.
  • Improve personal fitness through participation in yoga, muscular, strength, and muscular endurance activities
  • Improve social and emotional wellbeing
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic emotions and tools to help when overwhelmed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of deep breathing techniques and calming exercises
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic yoga poses and sequences
  • Improve body awareness
