I’ve spent over 15 years in the Online Media space, but my true passion is all about movement, mindfulness, and helping young minds shine! I studied Psychology in Halifax, Nova Scotia and my Teaching degree in Australia. I also hold my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, and have loved leading mindfulness and yoga sessions ever since. This has deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of self-awareness. Nothing makes me happier than giving kids the tools to build confidence, resilience, and joy in their daily lives.
I truly believe that a little mindfulness and movement can go a long way in helping kids feel more balanced, focused, and happy. Whether it’s deep breaths, big stretches, or just taking a moment to be present, these small practices can make a big difference!
Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors with my family, exploring all the amazing things Simcoe County has to offer, skiing, hiking, and soaking up every season to the fullest. Life is an adventure, and I love helping kids (and grown-ups!) find their own sense of curiosity, calm, and confidence along the way!
