We are on a mission to make yoga & mindfulness accessible to all children.

Little Yogis is revolutionizing the education landscape by providing movement and mindfulness enrichment to childcares and schools, to enhance the mental well-beingand overall development of children. Through our programs, we work closely with childcares and schools to introduce wellnesstechniques to kids, empowering them with coping skills, self-awareness, and healthy habits. By focusing on these essential aspects, we aim to create a positive impact on children's mental health and well-being, transforming the way education nurtures young minds.

Little Yogis is a mobile yoga & mindfulness program for kids in Canada and the UAE aged 1 - 13 years with the goal of improving physical, mental, and emotional health through our curriculum.

Little Yogis partners with schools, childcare centres, non-profit, and for-profit organizations to improve the health and wellness of our communities.

Our ultimate goal at Little Yogis Academy is to create happy, healthy, and confident kids through our carefully designed curriculum. We believe that by integrating yoga, mindfulness, wellness, and resiliency techniques into their lives, we can empower children to cultivate a positive self-image, develop a strong sense of well-being, and foster a deep-rooted confidence in themselves.

Our Methodology

Little Yogis had developed our very own child-friendly curriculum based on children’s different developmental needs as they grow. Our program is both engaging and fun while also being physically, mentally, and emotionally beneficial.

Our methodology is tailored specifically for early learners. Our curriculum has been thoughtfully crafted to introduce yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices to children in a child-friendly and engaging manner.

Our approach is backed by evidence-based research, ensuring that our methods are effective in promoting the well-being and development of young minds. We understand the unique needs of children and have designed our sessions to be age-appropriate, interactive, and fun-filled.

Our certified instructors combine their expertise in child psychology and yoga instruction to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. With our evidence-based and child-friendly methodology, we provide a solid foundation for children to explore and embrace the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices, fostering their overall growth and nurturing their inner yogis.

Founded by Michelle Faber

Michelle Faber is the Founder and CEO of Little Yogis Academy. As a young adult, Michelle learned to manage her mental health through yoga and mindfulness. When she saw signs of anxiety in her son, she began sharing her favourite practices with him. Seeing how much his emotional control and overall happiness improved inspired Michelle to create a company that would help other children in the same way. That’s why she founded Little Yogis in 2019.

Her vision is to provide wellness curriculum in all schools so that children become more resilient to life’s stresses. Her mission is to make the world a kinder place through early intervention. She believes if we arm our youngest learners with the tools to cope through life challenges, we can greatly increase the happiness and overall well being of students ranging from toddlers to teens.

She is dedicated to making the tools of yoga & mindfulness accessible and available to all children.
