Register for a Class
We are excited to be offering in person classes again!
Our In-Person classes are held indoors and outdoors in various locations across Ontario. We are following all Covid-19 protocols and regulations regarding extracurricular activities indoors with children.
We need a minimum of five children registered in a class in order to proceed with private programming. If your class does not have the minimum number of registrations, we will offer you an alternative or a refund.

What Your Child will Learn:
Demonstrate basic skills associated with yoga activities including strength and flexibility, balance and coordination.
Improve personal fitness through participation in yoga, muscular, strength, and muscular endurance activities
Improve social and emotional wellbeing
Demonstrate knowledge of basic emotions and tools to help when overwhelmed
Demonstrate knowledge of deep breathing techniques and calming exercises
Demonstrate knowledge of basic yoga poses and sequences
Improve body awareness
