By practicing yoga, young children can learn how to exercise, develop confidence, and concentrate more deeply for longer periods of time. The Little Yogis Early Years Yoga & Mindfulness Enrichment program is developed specifically with the young child in mind and in line with their developmental abilities.
When taught in a relatable way, yoga can help young children develop body awareness, and move more mindfully. Our curriculum focuses on teaching them how to manage stress through breathing, increase awareness, and build concentration through mindful focus. All of these tools lead to increased confidence and positive self-image, leaving them feeling included in a healthy, non-competitive community.
